Returns

You may return your order within 14 days of receipt if the equipment is damaged or malfunctioning.

Return process

As a first solution, we will always try to offer a product exchange so you can resume operations as quickly as possible. If you wish to exercise your right of withdrawal, please contact us at info@retailequipment.eu or call 06 14470300.

Refund

Returned products must be sent back in their original condition to Retail Equipment Europe. Once the product has been received and inspected, the order amount will be refunded, provided the product is in good condition and shows no signs of use or defects.

Damage

We reserve the right to deduct value if products are returned damaged or if the packaging is compromised. Please handle all items with care and pack them securely when returning.
